When purchasing an Fairbridge Medical product, you receive a 3-year warranty. This means that any fault with your purchase will be repaired free of charge for 3 years from the purchase date, providing the unit is returned to Fairbridge Medical Group with postage paid by the customer, with all parts present. **Note: All products must be decontaminated before being sent to the company. If they are not decontaminated beforehand, we will charge a fee of £150.00 / €210.00 to decontaminate the product before work is carried out or to destroy the unit safely excluding further repair costs. These prices do not include costs of any repairs if the product is only being decontaminated and not disposed of. If a product is sent to us for end-of-life disposal and has not been decontaminated before being sent to us, then the £150.00 / €210.00 charges apply.
